Porta Nuova is one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Europe and consists in the recreation of a central site that had remained undeveloped for more than 40 years. Porta Nuova is nowadays a core center that reconnects the neighborhoods Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola, to cover an overall area of more than 290,000 square meters. The continuous pedestrian space creates 160,000 square meters including the third largest park in Milan, Porta Nuova Garden - Biblioteca degli Alberi.

The Project, developed and managed by COIMA through an integrated Development and Property Management platform, introduces an innovative management model inspired by the most advanced Anglo-Saxon best practices, both in the use of green energy and in the selection of products and supplier that are certified on sustainability.

Porta Nuova won the EUROPEAN PROPERTY AWARDS 2015-2016.
