COIMA RES communicates that, in the face of the COVID-19 emergency, the Company's Board of Directors has expressed the intention to donate an amount equal to Euro 210,000 in favour of the Fondo di Mutuo Soccorso (Mutual Aid Fund) created by the City of Milan.
The Mutual Aid Fund aims to help those who are currently in greatest difficulty given the current emergency, and subsequently to support the resumption of the activities in the city.
The financial resources relating to this donation derive for Euro 90,000 from the waiver of the Board of Directors membership emolument of Manfredi Catella, from the waiver of the emoluments of other Board members and key managers of the Company for an aggregate of Euro 30,000, and for Euro 90,000 from the liquidity of the Company.
The donation is in addition to the contribution of Euro 30,000 made by COIMA RES, COIMA SGR and COIMA S.r.l. in favor of the M&M - Minima Moralia association, to support the Luigi Sacco hospital in Milan in the purchase of an ambulance for the transport in biosecurity of highly contagious patients.
