COIMA and Scenari Immobiliari launch the Young Real Estate Leader 2022 Award, in occasion of the 30th SCENARI FORUM.
The award aims to enhance and promote young leadership within the real estate sector, at a time of great change and innovation for the industry, the economy, for social dynamics and lifestyles. The initiative is part of the actions that COIMA intends to implement to give young talents in the sector the opportunity to emerge and test themselves, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to renew the approach and find unprecedented answers to changes in society and to the needs of new generations.
Applications can be submitted by freelancers and managers of national and international realms and start-ups belonging to the real estate industry who have particularly distinguished themselves in their business or for the quality of their curriculum: real estate developers, asset management companies (SGR), investment companies, asset management and construction consultancy companies, general contractors, real estate advisors, architectural, engineering and design firms, think-tanks, associations and study centers. The following factors will be considered: position reached, role played to guide any projects presented or those indicated in the curriculum, ability to pursue the main and secondary objectives of the projects (presented or others of particular importance indicated in the career path), international experiences; a fundamental requirement is that candidates are no older than 35 years of age.
The award ceremony for the winner of the YOUNG REAL ESTATE LEADER 2022 AWARD will take place on Friday 16 September 2022 in Santa Margherita Ligure (Grand Hotel Miramare), as part of the 30th SCENARI FORUM.
